I've ran the operations for three studios in the games industry with capital reaching $12 million (Netspeak Games, Fusebox Games, Failbetter Games), entering at early stage growth (10 people) and setting up all processes and strategy from scratch.  The rest of the FoxChickenGrain team all have similar experience, and though the majority of teams and studios we now support are much smaller, the same learnings, principals and documentation apply!
